Jasna Bastic, born in Sarajevo, graduated Philosophy and Sociology, is free-lance journalist and media analyst.


Since 2001, works for Peace Boat, in Japan based organization, which organizes educational and training programmes on oversea ship, around-the-world tree times in a year; manages programmes on media literacy, media propaganda and manipulation, independent journalism and use of social media; organizes seminars on international conflicts, conflict resolutions, moderation and negotiation skills.


Worked on Radio-Boat, the EU founded radio-station based on a boat in Adriatic international waters, in 90-ties; reported for SRF, 10vor10 and Rundschau; wrote for SonntagsZeitung, WoZ, Plädoyer, Tages-Anzeiger.
